We do our best work when we focus on behaviours. Getting participants to consider the impact of team or individual behaviours, or coming up with behaviours that the team believe will deliver the results for success is how we work. Inductively, using observation and purpose we use either neutral or real scenarios to help participants gain structured insight into the solution.
From one off interventions, to comprehensive academy programmes or large project facilitations we can taper our input to suit your purposes.
Core Purpose: To assist clients in aligning organisational strategy with organisational culture by focussing on organisational behaviour.
Commercial Focus: We know there is no point in delivering any form of OD intervention unless it provides measurable deliverables to the organisation/department. Our goal is to start with the purpose of the intervention and to try and work on committed behaviours that will deliver those results.
Real Senior Management Experience: We only use consultants with real management experience. For us it is not enough to have a few certificates and experience in the latest training trends, we only use people who have managed from senior positions before taking up OD.
Aims Driven: We believe that when we start with purpose, people’s behaviours align with corporate or department strategy. Whatever the intervention we focus entirely on why you are doing it and what the end result looks like.
